  1. I’m from Texas and feel like politically Beto would make a great vp for Bernie not because of his policies but man can Beto get support! Texas during 2018 was Beto crazy! I honestly think with a Bernie Beto ticket Texas would flip blue. Idk I know I’m going to get crapped on for this idea. But i am interested what you not from Texas might think. If Bernie and Beto got the electoral college votes from Texas and California…. man that’s a win.

  2. Beto is not as progressive as he portrays himself to be. During his Texas Senate campaign he backtracked from supporting single payer Medicare-For-All in favor of milktoast „better access“ to healthcare. He also received a lot of donations from people in the fossil fuel industry. O’Rourke is part of the „centrist“-right „New Democrat Coalition“ within the House Democrats. Finally, through his wife, they are heirs to a massive million dollar fortune of real estate.
