  1. Hey guys, Dan from WM here:

We probably could have explained our criteria a bit better here, especially with how it relates to Mario Kart 8's place on the list. As some of you have pointed out, it's not exactly the most "photo realistic" looking game, but we felt that it fit the rest of our criteria in terms of it being a game with a "high level of technical detail" that "pushed it's respective system to the limits".

Our intention with that line was to explain mainly why "pretty" looking games with minimalist, cel-shade art styles like "Inside" were excluded.

    Thanks!

  2. THE FLOPS:
    Rise of the Tomb Raider
    Quantum Break
Ryse Son of Rome(Basically the 1886 of Xbox, have the graphics comparable to Uncharted 4's)
    some of Assasins Creed
    Evil Within 2
Tom Clancy's The Division (you cant deny that)
    DOOM
    Killzone: Shadow Fall
    Metal Gear Solid V
    inFamous: Second Son
    Destiny
    TitanFall 2
    Until Dawn
    The Talos Principle
    Just Cause 3

  3. Top 3 games with the best graphics to date…….

    3. Horizon Zero Dawn
    2. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
    1. The Order: 1886

You can bash The Order: 1886 all you want, but you can’t deny how great it looks.

  4. I was more thinking about games like: Just Cause 3, Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, The Hunter CotW, Rise Of The Tomb Raider, Resident Evil 7, you know. Games like that, not mario kart….

  5. Putting console game graphics with PC ones side by side is quite laughable.

There's a reason PC fans go mad when their best titles spawn sequels with graphics turned to trash, just because developers want to earn more money by making turning a pc title into a cross platform title. And they have to tone down the graphics by a mile just to accommodate the shitty graphic cards on even the best consoles today.
