The dough needs time to grow. there are 300+ chemical processes made from flour+water+yeast,+TIME . . . you can't just mix the ingredients without waiting, not even if you add chemicals to make it grow faster. One bite may be delicious, ok, but eat more than 100grams and you will experience digestion problems
