    2 deadlifts 150kg
    3 handstand press ups
    4 single leg pistol squats
    5ghd sit ups
    6 Burpees
    7 toes to bar
    8 kettle bell swings 24kg
    9 box jumps 24inch
    10 double unders
    11 shoulder press 15kg dumbbells
    1200m row
    It's brutal been doing it for 9 years started @ 1hour37 mins got it down to sub 35 minutes now.

  2. Did this 12 days of christmas wod. Extremely scaled though. Only used 95lbs for first four barbell movements. Banded pullups. Just the bar for OHS, and 65 lbs for the power snatch. Oh… and only did knees to elbows instead of T2B. Still brutal and took 33 minutes and change. Ugggghhhhhh.
